Christmas Kindness
Christmas Kindness -- November-December
Kindergarten Gifting & Primary School Giving
At Christmas time each year 4RW launch a Christmas Gifting Campaign for every student at a local kindergarten and a regional remote primary school in the Limestone Coast. Each child gets given a Christmas present tailored to their age, gender and interests. They also receive a beautiful hand-made Christmas stocking and Reindeer Food specially crafted by two lovely local women who volunteer their time and resources to make this initiative extra special.
We allocate a child to a donor from the community to purchase, wrap and deliver the gift in line with the campaign timeline. Participants love the joy of gifting a local child each Christmas.
4RW Christmas Family Voucher Packs
At Christmas time each year 4RW fundraise cash donations alongside grant funding if successful to gift local families a beautifully packaged Family Voucher Pack valued at $171 each. The more money raised the more families receive. Each pack contains a $50 Kmart, $50 Coles, $50 Foodbank & $21 Wulanda Family Day Pass.
What we need
- Donors nominating to gift to a child on Facebook when the campaign launches
- Cash donations towards the voucher packs
Who you help
Donations are redistributed locally to families in need identified through local schools, agencies and Community Services. The reach spans across the lower part of the Limestone Coast region.
