Sports Membership Assistance Program (SMAP)
SMAP assists youth aged 9 to 25 across the Limestone Coast to take part in sport and physical activity — expenses that are often unaffordable for their families. This can include sports team fees, horse riding lessons, gym memberships, dance lessons and more. Every application is formally assessed by our board.
Complete the application below. Please allow up to 21 days for it to be processed and for us to let you know the outcome.
SMAP Commitment
By receiving this funding, the applicant agrees to attend training sessions where possible and compete in no less than 3 competitive matches or sessions for the SMAP membership to remain active. If the participant does not take part in at least 3 sessions, the fees will not be paid by Four Reasons Why.
